Do you build completely custom homes?
Yes. We specialize in custom-built homes designed around the homeowner's needs, lifestyle, property, and budget. Whether you already have architectural plans or are just beginning to develop your ideas, we can work with you to move your project toward construction.Can I use my own architect?
Absolutely. We are happy to work with your architect or designer and coordinate the construction process around the plans they provide.
We believe a good relationship between the homeowner, architect, and builder is an important part of a successful project.
Can you build from plans I already have?

When should I contact a builder?
The earlier, the better. Ideally, you should speak with a builder while your plans are being developed. Early involvement can help identify potential construction or budget concerns before plans are finalized.
If you already have plans, that's okay too. We can start from there.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Every project is different. Construction time depends on the size and complexity of the home, permitting, site conditions, material availability, selections, weather, and other factors.
Once we understand the scope of your project, we can discuss a realistic construction schedule.
Do you handle remodeling and additions?
Yes. In addition to custom homes, Linton Enterprises specializes in residential remodeling and additions. Whether you're adding living space, updating an existing home, or planning a larger renovation, we can discuss your project and determine how we can help.
Can you make an addition look like it was part of the original home?

Will I be able to communicate directly with the builder?
We believe communication is an important part of the building process. We work closely with our clients throughout the project and are available to answer questions, discuss decisions, and address concerns as they arise.Can I make changes during construction?
Changes can sometimes be made after construction begins, but they may affect the cost and schedule of the project. We recommend making as many decisions as possible before construction begins so that the project can proceed as smoothly as possible.
