Rooted in Community, Built on Family

Since 1994, Linton Enterprises, Inc. has been proudly building custom homes for families throughout Central Florida. Founded by David Linton, our company was built on the simple belief that a home is more than just a structure; it's where life happens, memories are made, and families grow.

As a family-owned and operated business, we choose to remain a small, local builder so we can give every client the personal attention and care they deserve. More than 30 years later, that same commitment continues to guide everything we do.

Your vision. Your home. Our family tradition of building it right.

Designed Around Your Vision

Every client has its own traditions, routines, and vision for their home. Building custom gives you the freedom to shape every detail around the way your family lives, from the look and feel of each room to the comfort and functionality of the entire space. The result is a home thoughtfully designed to reflect your style and meet your needs.

The Difference

Choosing a builder means choosing the team entrusted with bringing your home to life. Although Linton Enterprises completes select work with our own crew, much of the construction is performed by skilled subcontractors. That is why we carefully select the people who work on every home and hold them to exacting standards. We partner only with proven craftspeople, many of whom have worked with us for more than 30 years and are based here in Volusia County. This commitment may not always produce the lowest price, but it delivers the quality, reliability, and local expertise we believe every homeowner deserves.
